Computer says no? Then spare a thought for help desk support staff who handle queries and requests from all different kinds of callers, as a new infographic illustrates.

The infographic published by ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus on takes a lighthearted look at the variety of callers who seek IT assistance from the help desk. There’s the nag, the non-techie, the cry-baby, Mr Know-it-All, the absent-minded, the ‘yes’ man, the escalator, the time passer, and the ‘right now’ guy.
